Last week our Prep and Year 1 students had an incredible adventure.

They caught the bus to the Brolga Theatre to watch the very exciting Pevan & Sarah show, live on stage! 👧🏼🐯

Pevan & Sarah sang lots of their favourite songs, and our Albert students were very respectful and enthusiastic audience members.

What a wonderful experience for our young students!

A big congratulations to our Readers Cup team, who competed this week with 32 other teams from primary schools all across the region.

These Year 5/6 students had to read five novels over the past few months in preparation for five intense rounds of increasingly difficult questions.

The Albert team did us proud, landing within the top ten teams.

Well done!

🧑🏻‍🏫 This term, students in 3G have been learning about soils, minerals and rocks.

🔎Students have examined the properties, uses and importance of these naturally occurring materials.

💎 This week children have been fossicking and observing properties of minerals and rocks. Check out their great finds!
