Our Glow Disco pre-order packages will close as of 3pm TODAY!

Pre-ordering will ensure your student does not miss out! We will purchase an extra 100 sausages for students and spectators on the night but once they are gone, they are gone! So hop onto QKR today to secure yours!

$8 includes: sausage sizzle, popper, chip packet, freddo frog & glow pack.

We will also have our snack table open with some yummy treats for purchase under $2 so bring your small cash along!
Eftpos will be available at the cash door and treat table. 💃🕺

Our very small P&C team has been kicking goals this term.

⛳️Golf day was a massive event to get through. Thank you to everyone who helped, cheered us on and contributed to that event.

🎁 BUT... not only has there been disco planning, we have fathers day stall planning as well. It's only 2 weeks away!!!

🍎 The tuckshop has been running flat out all term and its fantastic to have so much support. The pantry drive was very successful.
🎟 Congratulations to the tuckshop voucher winners.

Call us crazy, but these events are for all our school students to enjoy while raising funds to keep the P&C running and contributing back to the school.

✨️Thank you every single parent who has helped, donated, supported, cheered and got involved. Many hands do make light work!!!

✏️ P&C Meetings are every 4th Tuesday of the Month (not held on school holidays)
6pm in the school staff room for anyone keen to attend. Video meeting options are available. Reach out to admin for deatils.

It’s GLOW DISCO week 🪩💃🕺
Attached below is some information regarding the event. We are highly encouraging preordering to ensure we have enough food for all of our students attending. 🤩
This can be done through the QKR app until 3pm Thursday 20th August!
A parent/guardian is welcome to attend as a spectator, however it is not essential for you to stay as this event will be supervised by volunteers & teachers (excluding preps).
Bring your small cash/coins as we will have a cash treat table and food can be purchased inside.
Tag your TSS friends, grab your tickets & join in on a night full of fun & memories! 🥳🎵

Whilst we have many generous parents who have already popped there hand up to help with the running of our Glow disco, we are still needing a few more to fill open spots!

If you are attending the disco to spectate, why not grab a mate & lend a hand where it’s needed!

Maryborough Golf Club

Volunteers needed tomorrow to lay turf on 16 & 18(2000m).
Pond Party BBQ Friday from 5pm to celebrate our dam project completion. BBQ, Raffles & chipping comp 2 shots for $5. Prize will half the money collected if 3 people get it in it is split 3 ways. So come and have some fun and celebrate the completion of this massive project.

Our annual glow disco is coming up in just over TWO WEEKS!
We are so excited to see the students get their boogie on & have fun!
So, what’s happening this year?? 🤩
We have a loaded playlist with all your kids favourite tunes, neon face painting, neon temporary tattoos and of course, a few disco games- did someone say keepy uppy? 🎈🫣
It’s set to be a night your kids won’t forget!

Our pre-order disco packs are now live on QKR - you may like to purchase yours whilst ordering Tuckshop this week 😉
However don’t panic, if you forget to preorder you can still pay entry at the door!

We encourage students to wear white or neon colours for that GLOW effect throughout the night! 🌟

We will have a dedicated prep area for our preppies and prep parents.
ALL PARENTS are welcome to stay, however Tinana State School would like to express the concern that this is an event for Tinana State School students, and therefore entry for younger siblings or other students outside Tinana cannot be accepted.
