Triple Header at Martens Oval

It’s a big Saturday at Martens Oval as all three of our FQPL teams take on SC Corinthians.

The newly crowned League Champions, our Under 14/15s, get the action underway at 2:00pm, followed by our 23s at 4:00pm and the Premier League boys at 6:00pm.

With just two games remaining, there is plenty to play for and every team will be looking to finish the season strongly.

Three teams. One club. One badge.

LAST DITCH EFFORT TONIGHT AT VILLA PARK

It all comes down to tonight for the Doon Villa FC ladies as they take on ladder leaders Fraser Flames at Villa Park.

It’s a must win game if the ladies are to keep their finals hopes alive. They know the challenge ahead will be tough, but this team won’t lay down. They’ll fight for every ball, every tackle and every minute right until the final whistle.

In the earlier game, the Villa Magpies take on West Football Club and will be looking to finish the season strongly with a win and we know they can do it. Whichever way we know these ladies will enjoy every minute of the game and come off smiling.

Congratulations to Our U14/15 FQPL League Champions!

We would like to congratulate coach Jesse, Assistant coach Tobius and the entire U14/15 FQPL side on becoming the 2026 League Champions!

This team has been a standout all year, showing incredible commitment, determination and team spirit. They set themselves a goal at the beginning of the season, and they have now achieved it!

The club is incredibly proud of every player, coach's and everyone who has contributed to this fantastic achievement.

This weekend, the team takes on SC Corinthians. While they have already claimed the league crown, there is no taking the foot off the pedal. The boys will be working hard to finish the regular season strongly before the finals kick in.

We look forward to cheering this fantastic team on throughout the finals as they chase even more success!

Everything On The Line

Friday night is the biggest game of the year for our Youth Girls.

They take on United at Villa Park, kicking off at 5pm, with so much riding on the result. A win will see the girls move into third place and secure a home Quarter Final the following week. A loss could see their finals hopes disappear, depending on the result of the 2nd v 5th clash being played at the same time.

The girls know exactly what they have to do. They have worked hard all season, battled through adversity and now have one massive opportunity in front of them.

This is the night we need the Villa faithful at Villa Park.

Get down, get loud and get behind these young girls as they fight for their place in the finals.

One game. One opportunity. Everything on the line.

Let's cheer them into another finals berth.

Our FQPL Under 13s are back at Federation Park this Saturday morning, kicking off at 9:00am for their second-last game of the season.

The team is pumped and ready to put things right after the result in their last encounter. They know what’s at stake, and they’ll be looking to bring the energy, determination and teamwork needed to get the result they’re chasing.

Th under 13 community team have the bye this week.

Get down to Fed Park and get behind the 13s.

Good luck, team. Go out there and make it count!

YOUNG GUNS STAR IN VILLA VS VILLA DERBY

Villa Park was alive tonight as the two Villa sides went head-to-head in a derby that never disappoints.

No matter where these teams sit on the ladder, the rivalry is always fierce on the field, and tonight was no different.

Delia Rule was outstanding for the Magpies, finding the back of the net twice with two superb goals, while Brianna Kielly produced a sensational hat-trick, showcasing some scintillating striking power throughout the contest.

A great game from both teams. It was great to watch both sides battle it out and represent Villa with plenty of pride.

The win for the Villa FC side keeps their finals hopes alive, with just one game remaining against ladder-leading Fraser Flames.

The Flames are yet to taste defeat this season, but Villa FC pushed them all the way in their last encounter.
