Last week we had a special visit from Dental2you .
Sharna and Polly from the Dental2you team were fantastic making the dental experience a positive experience for the children.
Sharna and Polly were so kind and patient with each child as they guided them through each step during the dental check-ups, all whilst teaching the children about oral hygiene, including brushing and healthy food choices.
We had smiling happy smiling faces all round!

We are proud to welcome Maryborough Early Years Place into our community which is a new hub for families with children aged 0-8 to access early childhood activities and supports in one place to help with child development and family wellbeing.
We will be hosting their very first parenting program information session at our Centre on Tuesday 24/06/25 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at 28 North Street, Maryborough, all families are welcome to attend this free event.
In this 1 hr session we will explore brain development in children with a major focus on the relationship between a child's stage of neurological development and their behaviour. We look at how the brain develops, the left and right sides of the brain, why crossing the midline is important and some activities you can try at home.
We look forward to seeing you there!

Today we welcomed Hayley Westbrook from Maryborough Central State School
The Kindergarten children enjoyed the visit engaging in conversation with Hayley about their experiences and transition to Big School, as well as listening to an interactive story about a Possum that goes to Big school. Hayley was great at answering their many questions and queries before saying her goodbyes as she handed out a gift pack to each child.
At Maryborough Central early learning centre we believe in empowering children by actively involving children in the transition process, as they are more likely to feel empowered and confident as they move to school, fostering a sense of agency, community and belonging.
