One of the perks of being in Marrickville is getting the rare opportunity for students to see real world wildlife care in action.

Matilda - Australia’s mobile wildlife hospital - came to Henson Park in Marrickville and invited our students to have a chance to meet their veterinary team, learn about wildlife rescue and rehabilitation in Australia, and gain insight into the growing need for coordinated wildlife care.

It’s not everyday we get to explore one of the world’s best cities during school 🙌🏼
Our Level 1 students had an amazing Orientation to Sydney, exploring the Harbour Bridge, enjoying delicious ice cream, and playing games in the Royal Botanic Gardens - making friends!

Life’s good as an International Student at Marrickville IEC ✨
MIEC international students explored the University of Sydney and toured the Chau Chak Wing Museum — soaking up history, culture, and campus vibes along the way.
Everyone had so much fun exploring what could be their future campus 🎓✨

Students from Marrickville IEC heading to Burwood Girls High School had the best time celebrating International Day on Friday where they enjoyed food and performances from around the world.

It was so special to see former MIEC students welcoming our incoming students, making them feel at ease and giving them a little glimpse into life at BGHS 🫶🎉
