I have loved taking pictures for many years.
Suddenly, I have lost this passion a few years ago.
Recently Nature reminded me of why I use to love it.
Photography, It has always been my own way to meditate.

How often do you exercise?
๐ Sphinx Pose for Mama & Cobra for Jackson.
A gentle stretch for me with a focus on abdomen, and an active pose for him that has to develop muscles.
๐ Cobra pose / Bhujangasana Strengthens the spine, tone the buttocks (kids have amazing bottoms for a reason), soothes sciatica, therapeutic for asthma. Sphinx pose can help ease lower back pain and stiffness, myofascial release of the abdomen.
๐ It is important to play and practice with you kids around. They are constantly watching and learning.
My practice is definitely changed.
