How often do you exercise?

๐ŸŒŸ Sphinx Pose for Mama & Cobra for Jackson.
A gentle stretch for me with a focus on abdomen, and an active pose for him that has to develop muscles.

๐ŸŒŸ Cobra pose / Bhujangasana Strengthens the spine, tone the buttocks (kids have amazing bottoms for a reason), soothes sciatica, therapeutic for asthma. Sphinx pose can help ease lower back pain and stiffness, myofascial release of the abdomen.

๐ŸŒŸ It is important to play and practice with you kids around. They are constantly watching and learning.

My practice is definitely changed.
