Congratulations to Benjamin Kostic who has received award for taking out first place in all three categories in the numerical Acumen Semester One Challenge A 2021: Improvement, Dedication and Performance. Well done, Benjamin.
Benjamin is a quiet achiever, hard working and consistent. He joined Kumon Maroubra in February 2020 when he was in year 3. He was counting when doing the diagnostic test and started the program from Level 3A (Kindy). He works smoothly every day since then. Currently, he has completed Level D (Year 5) and is working on Level E (Year 6) work.
I must say Benjamin’s achievement has the full support from the parents. Credits should go to the parents as well as they are so supportive to Kumon program. Apart from enrolling Benjamin into the Maths program, Benjamin was also enrolled in English at the same time. Benjamin’s reading ability at that time was not good. He needed a lot of foundation work and therefore started the Kumon English from Level 4A (Kindy) – vocabulary building. Benjamin is now working at Level EI (mid Year 6).
Congratulations again Benjamin, you are a champion and one of our great examples. Keep up the good work, Benjamin.
