It’s time to say goodbye here!

Now that I’ve completed my final adult yoga offering, I will be deleting this page. (Once I salvage some photos from classes for memorabilia)

My business name has changed over the years from Rock-it-Fit ➡️Yoga Palette ➡️Stacey Nelson Yoga ➡️ Inspired Kids Yoga (with the name Be Inspired With Stace for my adult events). 💫

I’ve had collaborative projects with AcroYoga Australia with and Light Up Little Lights Kids Yoga with and was a part of teacher training. 💞

What a full 14.5 years of teaching experiences I've had! From the days at Active Life Fitness gym, racing from the aerobics room to the yoga room for back to back classes; to the sunlight filled morning classes at Vive; to the hall amongst the trees at Bardon; to my corporate Brisbane classes; to teaching in that tiny, dark cocoon of a studio in Buderim; to the Mums & Little Ones Yoga at the Coolum CWA hall & Mudjimba; to the AcroYoga classes in the Coolum Civic Centre; Being Yoga Maroochydore studio classes; Kids, Teens and Reconnect classes at Mudjimba; and the retreats at Chambers Island- with all of the other classes, private sessions, events, festivals, tours around Australia & NZ and teacher trainings in between! 💥

I used to avoid goodbyes but now I embrace them as I know it allows me the space for new beginnings. 🌱

Rest assured, the focus on .kids.yoga + the new projects .coach + .fairies 🧚🏻‍♀️ will give me space, stability, focus & fulfillment. I feel excited & aligned. ⚡️

Be Inspired With Stace 💙 I’m changing things up a bit here, starting with a name change. 🦋 I am no longer Mrs Stacey Nelson and I want my business page to reflect who I am now. 💫 I want this social media channel to be a place where I can express what’s real and current for me in yoga and in my human experience. And I want to invoke thought and reflection for you. 🤔

Yes, I will still use this space to share with you when I host yoga retreats and events, Reconnect classes for my VIP students, private yoga sessions and teacher mentoring (coming soon!) Yes, I’ll create events and invite you. 📆 But I want this page to be so much more than a “sales page” of my services.

I want to share LIFE and INSPIRATION with you. I want to connect. For real. Who’s keen? 🙋🏼‍♀️

As for Inspired Kids Yoga Teacher Training; classes for kids, teens & schools; private yoga therapy for kids; online resources & DVDs... well that will all be on its own page. 👏🏻 A big reveal of that will be coming soon. 💙

4) an upcoming podcast with about yoga and teens.

💖 I LOVE teaching teens! Why? Because they are intelligent, they are powerful; they need to learn skills to be calm, courageous and compassionate MORE THAN EVER BEFORE... and they are thirsty for positive role models!

Calling out to the Mamas! 📯 It’s almost Yoga time again!

When was the last time you carved some time out for yourself to be still, close your eyes and breathe? 🧘🏼‍♀️

Mums with babies right through to age 4 are welcome. The class is for YOU rather than about holding your baby for all of the poses. At the start, there will be a short class for the older kids, so they’ve had their turn at doing yoga- then it can be “Mummy’s turn” whilst they snack and play. 👌🏻

There are 3 DVD’s to choose from- each with 3 age appropriate yoga classes and guided relaxations. They can be purchased individually for $30 or in a set of 3 or a family pack of 4 (includes a DVD for adults). ❤️💚

Thank you to everyone who has bought a DVD and supported locally made product. There have been over 1000 DVDs sold which means there are more kids and tweens practicing yoga which makes my heart sing! ❤️💚

She then pulled 3 cards 1) career change to follow your heart and you’ll be successful 2) writing/ record your teachings 3) work with children ... Yep! I’m on track for all of that has happened in the past year ✅✅✅ I love a bit of confirmation every now and then for the things that I already feel inside to be true🔮

“I shine my light and I deserve to shine” 💖

In my teen girl yoga class, we are using these gorgeous affirmation cards by 💗

This week’s Yoga Therapy session was extra special because I got to spend time with Elki. 🦋 This little princess fairy and her family have been through more than any of us can imagine & I am inspired by their resilience and courage.

It was a pure delight to hear her giggle as I dressed her up in fairy wings and skirt, guided her through some yoga play with Meddy Teddy and calm breathing (with bubbles!), taught her how to make her own LOVE bracelet (and “footlet” 🤣) and gave her a little hand and head massage during a guided relaxation (which she then shared with her Mummy afterwards)😍 She captures my entire heart! 💘
