Last moments out in Auckland, New Zealand as we celebrate the end of the Leading Ladies Leadership Success Retreat. ✨
A beautiful night out filled with laughter, connection, reflection, and celebration. So special to have my sister-in-law join us, along with my brother here in New Zealand, meeting some of the incredible women that re-energised with us for four days in New Zealands hinterland.
Women who will now head back home inspired, empowered, and ready to continue making a difference in their businesses, communities, and families.
What a journey it has been — leadership, friendship, growth, and unforgettable memories. 💛
New Zealand, you have been magical. 🇳🇿
Thank you Tina for hosting Leadingladieslunches.com in your home.

Day 4 — Leading Ladies Success Retreat ✨
“Il faut de toi pour faire un monde” — it takes you to make the world.
Each one of us has a place in this world. Every person is precious. So many people are striving to be more, wanting more — but it is worth remembering that we are already enough.
Day four began with a gorgeous sunrise, an early morning spa for some, then packing up for the next part of our journey.
One of the gifts of stepping away from business is gaining perspective. When we create space to pause, reflect and connect, fresh ideas emerge. Clarity grows. Vision sharpens.
Today’s conversations were rich — leadership, courage, growth, purpose, and how we show up for ourselves and others.
That is the power of women in business coming together. We learn from one another, expand what feels possible, and return stronger.
Leadership is not always about doing more. Sometimes it is about thinking better, seeing further, and leading with greater intention.
As we move into the next stage of our retreat, I’m reminded that leadership is not only about where we are going — it is also about who we become along the way.

✨ Day 2 | Leading Ladies Success Leadership Retreat | Matakana, New Zealand ✨
Day 2 was a powerful deep dive into why we sabotage ourselves — and more importantly, how not to.
We explored what it truly means to live and lead in alignment with our values… recognising when we drift, and having the courage to realign with intention and clarity.
Our Leading Ladies Lunch was a standout moment, featuring incredible guest speakers from around the world — Dr Mini, Ashley Levin, and Vicki Tyler. So much wisdom, lived experience, and powerful conversation shared around leadership, growth, and courage.
This afternoon we stepped into one of the most important leadership skills: difficult conversations — how to have them with courage, clarity, and care, while staying anchored in our values and understanding behaviour (ours and others).
Then it was off to beautiful Warwick for dinner, laughter, a Leading Lady cocktail 🍸, and the most beautiful ending to the day… a spa under the moonlight and a restorative sauna.
Full hearts. Full minds. Deep connection. And a reminder that leadership is both inner work and action.
Now… rest. Ready for what tomorrow brings.
