Come and explore our wonderful learning environment and meet the dedicated educators who make our kindergarten such a special place.

During the Open Day, fun and engaging learning experiences will be available for children of all ages.

Our Kookaburra friends are looking forward to a new year with lots of new play mates at Manly Kindy.

Grandparents play such an important role in modern families. From drop offs and pick ups to lunch boxes, special outings together, and long hugs goodnight. We hope our nans and pops know how loved they are this Grandparents' Day!

Last term the children at Lady Gowrie Manly Kindergarten have been learning about helping others in the local community. Children were involved in discussions and explored many ways that they and the Kindy service could help.

One of these ways was to give people who don't have enough food something to eat, prompting a collection of food items to donate to Wynnum Community Place. Children also suggested making something warm to give to people. As a result, a beautiful rainbow scarf was designed and slowly created over many weeks. The children and team at Manly Kindy were then very pleased to meet Lauren from Wynnum Community Place, who kindly accepted their donations.

In addition to contributing to the community, working together, and encouraging connection and kindness, children were able to experience that some projects take time, with regular commitment and gradual progress to work towards a desired goal.
