Your left side called… it wants to know why your right side is getting all the attention. 😂
We wanna know…. Is one side stronger than the other for you??? 😅
It’s completely normal for one side of your body to be stronger than the other. We all have a dominant side, and everyday movement tends to reinforce those little imbalances.
But here’s the cool part 👀
DID YA KNOW? 🙋♂️
Training one side can actually make the other side stronger too. 🧠💪
It’s called the cross-education effect — training one limb creates neural adaptations in the brain and nervous system that can “spill over” to the opposite side.
So, whilst your muscle mass isn’t literally transferring from one leg to the other… your nervous system is helping the untrained side get stronger.
And here’s where it gets really cool 👀
This can even help during injury rehab — if one leg can’t be trained, working the healthy side can help maintain strength in the injured side through the nervous system’s cross-education effect.
