The Education Station was established to fulfill the educational needs of individuals, teachers, schools and the wider community. Some of the services we provide include; individual and small group tuition, professional development for schools, parent workshops and educational consultancy for schools. We aim to provide up to date and relevant best practice to ensure engagement for all clients.

After some requests for a change of date for our READING NAPLAN preparation workshops we have now changed these to Thursdays 5.30-6.30 (yr 7) and 6.30-7.30 (yr 9).
This caters for the basketball times for this age group. Please share this message re change in time and see our website for further details. We need a min of 5 students starting next Thursday 18th Feb.

Somebody asked me to clarify the use of the word it's and when to use an apostrophe. The only time it's is written with an apostrophe is when it is used as a contraction (short for it is) such as; it's raining outside. It is never used for ownership (as in the other times we use apostrophes) as the saying goes, 'it' can never own anything!

Ok to further explain " a lot " as two words - as pointed out (thanks AM) a lot - meaning many ( eg I gave out a lot of lollies) is two words. The word "allot" - meaning to allocate (I was allotted two marks for a question) is one word but with two l s.
