🪶 Exploring with feathers

This week some of children have been discovering just how many ways we can explore with feathers.

Educators supported their learning by providing opportunities to touch, compare, sort, count and create.

Through this hands-on experience, children developed sensory awareness, fine motor skills, language, early maths concepts and confidence in exploring and investigating.

A simple feather can inspire so much learning! ✨

A special delivery from Dragon Fields Farm as an extension of our Farm Kindy incursions.

The children are continuing their connection with the farm through letters, photos, artwork, seeds and nature-based learning experiences.

Who knew snail mail could be so much fun 🐌
