Duke of Edinburgh Recipient π
Congratulations to Year 10 student Mitchell Bell on completing his Bronze . Principal, Rev Tracey Gray, presented Mitchell with his award.
Mitchell showed commitment across all four sections of the Award: using football for Physical Recreation, fishing and knot tying for Skills, basketball coaching for Voluntary Service and the Year 9 Outdoor Education Camp in Dwellingup for his Adventurous Journey.
What a fantastic achievement demonstrating persistence, teamwork, leadership and a willingness to challenge himself.

Weβre delighted to introduce Malcolm, the Crossing Guard, who is now an important part of keeping our school community safe. His role will make a real difference in ensuring our students and families can arrive and leave school safely each day.

Halls Head Campus Inter-House Cross Country π
What an incredible day at our Halls Head Campus Inter-House Cross Country!
We were lucky to have such beautiful weather, with our runners giving their best effort and show amazing House spirit. A huge thank you to Phys Ed Teacher, Mrs Letitia Fazzolari for organising such a fantastic event!
Thank you to all the staff, students, and especially our wonderful parents for their support and encouragement throughout the morning. π
Well done to everyone who participated β your determination made the event truly special! Congratulations to Rose House, winners for 2026 and our Individual Year level winners.

π What a Day to Remember!
Our Friends of FIAS Colour Run that coincided with the Farewell to the Bishop, was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, the afternoon was filled with joy, colour, and heartfelt celebration.
π A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers who made the event run so smoothly, a tribute to the amazing Friends of FIAS.
The Colour Run was vibrant, fun, and full of smiles, with splashes of colour everywhere you looked!
The School was so thrilled to present a special cake created just for the Bishop of Bunbury, the Right Reverend Bishop Dr Ian Coutts, a beautiful tribute to mark such a meaningful occasion.
The heartfelt speeches by Principal, Rev Tracey Gray and the Bishop brought reflection, gratitude, and inspiration β a perfect way to honour this special farewell.
It was an afternoon full of laughter, connection, and community spirit β one everyone will treasure.
Thank you to everyone who came along and made it so special!

Halls Head Mother's Day Open Morning πΈ
The weather was beautiful for our Halls Head Mother's Day Open Morning.
Families enjoyed a range of activities including and Old Macdonald's Travelling Farms - WA South plus Face Painting, roving entertainment and delicious ice-creams by .
We look forward to holding a similar event at Meadow Springs Campus later in the year!

Shave for a Cure πββοΈ
The 2026 was another successful event for the Year 12 students who were involved in it's organisation.
Over 20 students and staff were involved, with over $12,000 raised!
Thanks to and our other volunteers including Year 1 teacher and Class of 2009 Alumni Mrs Laura Jacobs, who took time out of their days to help out!

This last week, all three of our campuses came together in heartfelt ANZAC Day services, paying tribute to the courage, sacrifice, and spirit of the men and women who have served our country.
