Core Value: Integrity
This week we focused on Job 2:3, which reminds us of Job’s unwavering integrity—remaining upright and faithful even in difficult times. Jesus also modelled perfect integrity when He resisted temptation in the wilderness.
At Foundation Christian College, we are committed to demonstrating integrity in our words and actions. By doing so, we teach our students the importance of honesty, faithfulness, and standing firm in their values.
Our students are always watching and learning. When they see integrity lived out daily—whether in the classroom, the playground, or at home —they are inspired to do the same.
Foundation Christian College
Our mission at Foundation Christian College is to provide a Christ-centred Education in a caring community and to equip students for the 21st Century.

Today our kindergarteners had a very special visit from the incredible team at Perth Children’s Hospital!
The children were immersed in a hands-on learning experience, exploring the world of medicine in a fun, safe, and engaging way. From using real (child-friendly!) medical equipment to learning how doctors and nurses care for patients, our little learners had the opportunity to step into the shoes of healthcare heroes.
There was so much excitement as the children listened to heartbeats, practised bandaging, and discovered how important it is to look after our bodies. This incursion not only sparked curiosity but also helped build confidence and reduce any worries about visiting a hospital.

What a great start to Science Week!
Our Primary students kicked things off today with a fun bottle rocket experiment led by Mr Carman. Watching rockets soar, students explored the science behind it, thinking about forces, pressure, and what makes them fly!
A fantastic hands-on start to the week, bring on more science fun!

What an incredible evening celebrating the talent, dedication, and passion of our students at last week’s FCC Music Spectacular!
The event brought together performers from both our Primary and Secondary schools, creating a truly special collaborative experience. Students had the opportunity to perform in mixed-age groups, showcasing not only their musical ability but also the strong sense of community across our school.
From year group band performances to solo acts, the stage was alive with energy and creativity throughout the night. A particularly memorable highlight was seeing our school staff join students on stage, sharing their love of music and performing alongside those they mentor each day.
This spectacular event was more than just a concert; it was a celebration of the growth, perseverance, and commitment our students have demonstrated over the years. Every performance reflects the countless hours of practice and the courage it takes to step into the spotlight.
We are incredibly proud of all our performers and grateful to everyone who helped make the evening such a success.
Congratulations to our students for an unforgettable showcase of talent!

Our Year 5 students had an unforgettable experience at Mornington Adventure Camp! Throughout the camp, students took time to hear a devotion and then challenged themselves through a wide range of exciting activities.
Whether it was stepping onto the mid ropes course, working together during raft building and canoeing, showing off their skills in archery tag, flying high on the flying fox zipline, or testing their balance and perseverance with crate stacking, students were encouraged to push past fears and try something new.
It was inspiring to see students show resilience, problem-solving and teamwork as they overcame challenges, supported one another and celebrated each success, big and small. Camp was a wonderful opportunity for students to grow in confidence, strengthen friendships and create lasting memories.
