We hope you all had a wonderful Easter! 🐰🌸

It was so lovely spending part of the long weekend down at soccer with you all. Seeing the kids running around, smiling, and enjoying the fresh air made it extra special. ⚽️💛

Thank you to everyone who joined us — we love being part of your family’s routine, even on holiday weekends!

⚽️ Soccer is ON as normal! 🌧️

Rain is expected, but play will go ahead. Please ensure children are dressed appropriately and appropriate footwear is a must (sneakers).

Sessions will run in wet conditions pending there is no thunder and lightning, however participation is at your own risk.
Please also remember to rug up and bring any wet weather gear needed.

⚽️ Sunday Session Weather Update 🌧️💨

With the wet weather we’ve been experiencing and more forecast through to Sunday, there is a chance the field may be too wet and unsafe for play. Strong winds may also make it difficult to run our usual ball skill activities.

As always, we will post an update on our page at 7:00am Sunday morning after the field has been inspected to confirm whether the session will go ahead.

If your family is not planning on attending, could you please let me know. Low numbers will also impact the type of activities we are able to offer.

Today at The Little Soccer Co, our players built on their teamwork, agility and independence through three fun and engaging activities! ⚽

Children explored Dribbling and Bucket Goals, Ball Retrieval, and Pool Noodle Soup, each designed to develop different skills while keeping the session exciting and active.

Dribbling and Bucket Goals gave children the opportunity to extend the dribbling skills they began developing last week, helping build confidence with ball control and setting the foundation for next week’s focus.

In Ball Retrieval, children worked together to collect small plastic balls from one end and return them to buckets at the other. This activity encouraged turn taking, problem solving and agility, with lots of determination and excitement along the way.

Our final activity, Pool Noodle Soup, had children collecting pool noodle rings and threading them onto poles. This activity supported communication, teamwork and coordination, as children helped each other and worked together to complete the challenge.

It was fantastic to see the children encouraging their teammates, building confidence, and developing their soccer skills through play! 💛⚽

This term in our 3+ class at The Little Soccer Co, we’ve introduced something very special — The Courage Cup.

And no… it’s not about being the best or scoring the most goals.

The Courage Cup is about something much more important 💛

✨ Having the courage to try
✨ Practising new skills
✨ Getting back up when things feel tricky
✨ Listening and learning
✨ Giving your absolute best effort

This trophy celebrates children who compete with themselves — who are growing in confidence, resilience and belief week after week.

Because at 3+, soccer isn’t just about goals… it’s about bravery, persistence and personal growth 🌱

We can’t wait to celebrate the courage we see on the field this term.
