hat's all before you'll have to endure cocktails lounging around on the terrace while you watch the sun go down over the Indian ocean.....................whatever you decide, you will sleep well and be rejuventated here.

The Sandpit House is a unique ocean front property located in the coast area of Falcon Mandurah. The house has been specifically designed using energy efficient principles and reflects the flavours of Cuba and Morocco. The open plan living is all at FFl and enjoys endless ocean views and an outdoor lounge on the terrace. First floor also contains Bed 1 and en-suite and a study/nursery. Ground level has a breezeway area, 3 bedrooms (2Queen beds, 2 singles) and features an outdoor shower and a "Wash Rm", (Bathroom, Laundry & Toilet combined) ready for everyone when they come back from the beach. Split A/C at FFL, Ceiling fans and heaters in all bedrooms.
