Final day of the March Charge and I ended it with a 10km trail walk along the Sika trail at Wellington Dam. Nice walk, a few hills, nothing crazy. If you havenβt already done so, head to my page and donate for cancer research!

This morning was a 25min walk/run followed by a 20min bodyweight workout for me π
Have you missed a day? Don't worry, you have plenty of time left today to get in your 30mins. Or just jump back in tomorrow. Life happens, just keep going! π€©

Completed my first parkrun today! π My watch also says that I completed 5km in just under 30mins so pretty stoked to hit my goal for the year! (And just in time to end the yearβ¦!) ππ€©

Also big congrats to one of my clients who also completed his first parkrun and achieved his goal of running non stop and coming in at just over 30mins! His new goal of under 30mins has been set. I love seeing my clients achieve their goals over and over! π€©
