✨ Counselling isn’t just for when life falls apart.

It’s for the woman who looks like she’s coping on the outside but feels exhausted on the inside.

The woman who keeps saying “I’m fine” while carrying the mental load of everyone around her.

The woman navigating:
• ADHD and overwhelm
• Anxiety and constant overthinking
• Relationship challenges
• Burnout and emotional exhaustion
• Motherhood and identity shifts
• Perimenopause and menopause
• Trauma that still shows up years later
• The feeling that something needs to change but not knowing where to start

Counselling matters because sometimes you need a space where you don’t have to be the strong one.

Nervous system REGULATION looks like:

• Present (even if emotions are there)
• Clearer thinking
• Body feels safer
• You can pause before reacting
• You feel more like yourself
•spend time doing things you enjoy.

When you’re dysregulated — don’t fix, regulate first:

🌿 Name it
“Something in me feels unsafe right now.”

🌿 Ground the body
Feet on the floor · name 3 things you see · slow your exhale

🌿 Temperature reset
Cold water on wrists or face

🌿 Gentle movement
Walk · stretch · sway · shake it out

🌿 Co-regulate
Sit near someone safe · send a voice note · hold something comforting.

✨ KEY TIPS

Regulation doesn’t mean calm.
It means feeling safe enough to be with what’s here.

Women carry so much.
The mental load.
The emotional load.
The constant thinking, planning, remembering and doing.

Add hormones shifting through the month, peri-menopause, stress, motherhood, business, relationships…
and for ADHD women especially, the endless stream of ideas, thoughts, unfinished tasks and mental noise can feel exhausting.

Sometimes your nervous system isn’t asking for another planner, routine or productivity hack.
It’s asking for space.

Space to stop performing.
Space to drop the lists for a moment.
Space to reconnect to yourself underneath the pressure, expectations and constant stimulation.

To simply… be. 🌱

That quiet time matters more than we realise.

Self regulation or a Nervous system reset .
People think it has to be expensive or take hours.NOPE! Not true.
A few simple things woven into your day : writing out your fears & emotions: sitting in a relaxed place : A weighted neck wrap ( it can also be heated )
5-10 minutes or longer if you have time.
What it does: releases anxiety & stress, stops your mind from overthinking, calms your nerves.
