All our classes are martial arts based offering our members a unique perspective on fitness and technique led by our professional and dynamic instructors. We have a fully equipped personal training studio and gym facilities with professional and dedicated staff to help you achieve all your goals. There is on site access to the medical centre with sports doctor, chiropractor and massage therapists.

Interclubs are all about gaining experience, testing your skills, and finding the areas we can improve. Every round is a chance to learn, grow, and come back better.
