Recently our Foundation students travelled back in time and explored what life was like for a child living in the early 20th century at Bundoora Heritage Village. From scrubbing clothes on a washboard, churning cream and writing letters using ink and quill pens, to playing games such as skittles, students were curious all day and very much enjoyed learning about the past! ๐ซ
Thank you to our families and staff that supported the day! ๐

Today our students enjoyed National Simultaneous Storytime! ๐ โLuna Roo: The Kangaroo Ballerโ โ written by Adam Jackson and Adrian Lloyd, and illustrated by Jake Minton was the selected picture book this year. It is an energetic underdog story with a heartwarming message that courage and determination are a winning combination. ๐๐ฆ๐
