SAT BALM ~ Meditation Anointment
My lovingly handcrafted, completely vegan, organic meditation balm has been created with the sole focus of aiding yogic practice and providing deeply soothing/moisturising benefits for the body and skin.

"Sat Kartar" (Chanted: Sat Kar Tar)(In Sanskrit: सत् कर्त) is a sound that Guru Nanak, founder of the Sikh Path, (Which many of our Kundalini Yoga mantras have come from) would speak, when things would happen, good or bad. His response was, "Sat Kartar!" and in effect he was saying, Creation, Creator, The Great Divine One, is the One doing this action, this situation. In essence attributing all occurrences with a divine purpose in service to the greater whole. We are all facets of creation serving the greater expanse whether we realise it or not. Humble gratitude for our pure existence within the apparent complexities of life is what this mantra is all about.

Meditation is a receptive absorption into the endless unfolding of this moment. It is the ultimate surrender to what exists beyond all perceptive duality. An ever deepening rememberance of the fundamental principles that orchestrate everything, from the apparently large and megalithic to the seemingly small and transient.

To meditate is to dissolve all sense of seperation into unity, through a balanced practice of relaxed attentiveness and fierce focus upon the simple truths of existense. Meditation unveils the source of our self perceptions within all phenomena and allows us to experience the deep currents of a timeless infinity beneath the dancing waves of all apparent moments apon a seabed of self revery in the here and now.

Everything is energy. This a truth found across all arts, from the scientific to the mystic. From the subtle to the most apparent. All movements of life fluctuating through a coherence of vibrations within a greater collection of rhythms within a symphony of cosmic cycles. All spiralling onward, inward, upward and outward towards greater and greater forms of existence within creation as a whole.

Kundalini Yoga and the practice of dynamic meditation reminds us of this absolute principle of life. Through activity and rest. inhale and exhale. Tension and release. Sound and silence. We find ourselves, again and again. Like the slither of a serpents tail and the curving peaks a desert dune, vibration and rhythm, reminds us of our eternal journey within creation. A journey deeper into self.

The extraordinary Laya Yoga mantra brings great presence to your soul and expanded radiance to your being. It lets your every action serve with purpose, by connecting you with the joys of creativity and focusing your attention toward your true priorities.

The mantra (In Sanskrit: एक् ओन्ग् कर् उह्
ष त न म उह् सिरि वह् उह् हेय् गुरु) with it's most direct translation being ("the creator and creation are one") encourages you to remember and experience the divine link between yourself and creation as a whole. It awakens the kundalini force that is the energy of creation, through the rhythmic pulsations of the navel center generated by it's unique "uh" lifts between each cycle.

Use this mantra to strive for progress and expansion in every aspect of life, and feel that the Infinite will and your own will can act together in harmony to serve life itself. Strong actions combined with non-attachment make life a dance with much creativity and gratitude. A devotional mantra dedicated to the alchemical process of exaltation by creating enrichment within all experiences.
