A beautiful flight back from field work to Kathmandu.

Sat down with the leaders of a 16 year old farmers cooperative yesterday, learned their story of being supported by Sahakarmi Samaj and Ammar Bahadur Ayers team of community facilitators from local community groups to a community bases network organization and now the farmers cooperative. One morning I get to spend with 11 community educators working with Ammar Bahadur Ayer and the next morning I get to hang with elephants

A fabulous day at the world social forum, people-centred development forum, and then wandering some of the good spots of this magical city

I'm on my way to Katmandu (from some wonderful work in Perth/WA) to contribute to the world social forum on People Centred Development, and see some good friends :)
