✍️ A useful spelling strategy!

🌟 using a whiteboard allows for stress-free attempts
🌟 use phoneme fingers when sounding out sounds so your child can visually see how many sounds there are in each syllable
🌟 by ticking the correct spelling choices it shows that they got most of the word correct. This minimising the child feeling like they failed
🌟 use phoneme sound group tools to help them see the spelling choices for each sound instead of relying on memory

By giving your child a range of tools in front of them supports their confidence with whichever concept they are learning.

Starting IMS Tutoring 5 years ago, I had no idea on how to run a business or hire and mentor staff. I taught myself all the ins and outs, and have been blessed with amazing families, children and staff who have made the journey fulfilling.

I knew I wanted to do was give as many children the opportunity to thrive as possible. We continue to strive every day, term and year to continue providing a high level of support in a safe and welcoming environment.

Every teacher who works at IMS Tutoring share my passion and have been with me for years because they too believe in my vision.
