This week our members were treated to an exclusive session with focusing on strength, flexibility, injury prevention and performance training specifically for physie dancers ✨

At Magic, we love giving our members opportunities beyond the weekly class routine to help them feel stronger, more confident and competition ready 💪

Safe to say there were some sore muscles the next day, but so many laughs and the best team atmosphere 🪄
