Our youngest is ONE and it’s time to teach Hypnobirthing in the Hunter valley again. I have been absent from social media and busy with life with our three children. So slowly getting back into the swing of things.

Course dates coming soon! I’m looking forward to meeting parents and enjoying the a positive Birth Program courses! 👏

We welcomed our beautiful boy into the world on his mummy’s birthday. Born just 35 years and 8 minutes apart ❤️. Labour was spontaneous and it was just meant to be, just like him.

Birth was present, calm, empowering and at times fun. It was also enduring and hard, the biggest marathon of my life. The most challenging mentally and physically yet. Once meeting him there was nothing but sunshine ☀️. His size was a surprise and it really shows how amazing our bodies are. I’m so grateful for my husband and care team for being by my side.

The third pregnancy was a surprise 😮 and a wonderful surprise at that! Sometimes I’m unsure if it feels real. That is until I struggle to roll over in bed and pick up toys off the floor 🤪. It’s a busy time with two small children and I am trying to enjoy them and the little time I have left growing this beautiful baby.

I plan to return teaching classes in the new year when me, baby and the family are ready. There are other hypnobirthing practitioners locally for those looking to attend the course.

Thanks for all love and support this past year. I am so grateful to all the parents who have joined me in classes. I hope I have helped you on your pregnancy and birth journey in some way.

Our exciting news! Our family is growing with another baby 🙌

For those of you know me, you would know I always talked about the possibility of having another baby. This baby snuck in and decided for us! And we are so glad it did! It must have been the flow of good hormones from the hypnobirthing classes! 🤪

I am looking forward to sharing my journey with all of the mothers and mothers to be. Mama meet ups next year will be wonderful as my baby grows with yours.

There will be two more group course for 2023, so book in and join me😃.
