📚✨ Our Book Fair has arrived! ✨📚

Our library has been transformed into a wonderful book-filled space, packed with exciting reads and stationery items for all ages.

We warmly welcome families to visit before or after school to browse and purchase items. Staff will be available to assist you.

📚✨ What a wonderful celebration of CBCA Children's Book Week! ✨📚

Students, teachers and playgroup children came dressed as their favourite book characters, bringing stories to life throughout the day.

We were delighted to welcome Mayor Kathy Duff and Councillor Linda Little, who officially opened our newly refurbished library. A special highlight was everyone gathering to listen to the mayor read Dear Broccoli.

The children also enjoyed completing a scavenger hunt featuring items from this year's shortlisted CBCA books, and the morning was rounded off with a shared morning tea enjoyed by all.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this such a memorable community event celebrating the joy of reading and storytelling. 📖❤️

This week, students continued their 🏌⛳golf lessons⛳🏌 and had a wonderful time developing their skills. They began on the oval, where they practised their driving techniques, focusing on controlling their swing and hitting the ball with power. The students then moved to the multi-purpose court to work on their putting skills. During this lesson, they learned the importance of having the correct stance and using accuracy when putting. The children showed great concentration and enthusiasm as they practised, and it was fantastic to see their confidence and skills continue to grow.

Today, our students participated in golf lessons ⛳🏌️‍♂🏌🏼‍♀️as part of this term’s Sporting Schools program. Under the expert guidance of a professional golf coach, students were introduced to fundamental golf skills, including grip, stance and chipping techniques and were soon successfully chipping golf balls onto the green.
The session provided a fantastic opportunity for students to develop coordination, concentration and confidence while enjoying an exciting new sport. We look forward to seeing their skills continue to grow throughout the remainder of the program.
