Winter surely has graced us with its chilly presence!❄️🌧 The cold weather provides a timely reminder about the importance of removing bulky clothing or jackets before buckling your little one into their child car restraint.

Thick clothing can create a buffer between your child and the harness straps, making it hard to get a snug fit. In the event of a crash, the bulk from the clothes can compress, leaving a loose and incorrectly fitted harness

If it’s cold in the vehicle after buckling them in, pop their jacket or a blanket over their legs to help keep them warm.

Hi All

The kinder photos planned for this week have been rescheduled, we apology for any inconvenience this may cause.

All Kinder photos will be taken the following week.
Group A (Banksia Room) - Monday May 30
3"s Group - Tuesday May 31
Group B (Wattle Room) - Wednesday June 1

Two catch up sessions will be held for any child who is away.
Monday June 6 & Tuesday June 7.

Details of how to order will be emailed to all families after all photos have been taken.

2023 group times will be able on this day and after the open day, the 2023 enrolment application form will be available on the Uniting website.

Hi Families

This year the Glassford Kindergarten Photos will be taken by local photographer, Sherise Oldham. Sherise will visit the kinder and take photos of the children during play. Sherise will have different products options on offer including 2 print sizes, albums, and the option for a digital download. 8 images per child and a group photo will be supplied for each child. 10% of sales will be donated back to Glassford Kindergarten. Orders can be done through her website after the photo day.

Photographs will be taken the following days:

Group B - Monday May 23
Group A - Tuesday May 24
3's Group - Tuesday May 31 (new date)

Supporting this fundraiser earns book club points for the kinder to spend on books and other great resources!

This is a great opportunity to get your child to look at a catalogue. Looking at the book pictures, titles and talking about prices and money and what might interest them. Get your child to circle some options and discuss their choices.

Ordering is easy, just following prompts on the back of the magazine or contact the kinder
