Took this photo on the weekend on a visit out to the new Isha centre in Sydney.

As someone who's played enough golf over the years, let me tell you that this is the completion of a very good backswing!

Sadhguru has managed to get into a great position: hands under the club, club face and wrist aligned, thumbs in line, the shaft pretty much pointing down the line.

Then there's the tucked right elbow, equilateral triangle of the forearms and right shoulder under the chin.

It really is a great position to be in at the top and a great position to be in for a solid striking of the golf ball!!

Actually, I'm not too surprised. Sadhguru is so particular on the positional cues in his kriya yoga techniques, you'd expect him to get it right swinging a golf club!?
