I am looking into the possibility of holding some small group and one on one sessions with our kids to help support families who are experiencing anxiety.

Think tutoring, but not academic tutoring. Helping support our kids, fill up their ‘I feel safe and supported’ bucket by using stress free ‘creating’ time, general chats and possible more refined ‘understanding anxiety’ sessions - like the Turnaround Program, simple mindfulness techniques etc.

My 20 years of working as a teacher, combined with my detailed research on anxiety to help support my own family, would form the basis of the support.
