All year levels can now purchase house shirts. 💙❤️💚💛

Our second PBL Rewards Day is coming up Wednesday of Week 10 this term!

This is a fun-filled day where students will rotate through a variety of activities including movies and snacks, inflatables, sport, art and our annual colour run. Students are to bring a white shirt for the colour run.

Lunch will also be provided to them at no cost!

Throughout the term, students have been earning Stinger Points for demonstrating positive behaviour and our school values. If they have received over 50 Stinger Points, they are eligible for prizes such as Zooper Doopers, canteen vouchers and major prizes for each year level.

This morning, our Year 7 and 8 students attended a short presentation from the Queensland Police Service about the new e-bike and Personal Mobility Device laws.

The key message for students aged under 16 is that they cannot ride an e-bike, e-scooter or similar device unsupervised. From 31 August 2026, they may only ride when supervised by a parent or caregiver who is close enough to provide instructions.

Students were also reminded to:
• Wear a properly fastened helmet.
• Travel no faster than 12 km/h on footpaths.
• Never carry passengers on e-scooters.
• Leave mobile phones alone while riding.
• Only ride a legal and compliant device.

Parents may receive significant fines if a child under 16 rides illegally.
