We started by doing this puzzle and talking about the sounds the animals made , which then lead to finding the site which I just shared.

They don't tell you that a piece of your heart leaves with them.

You watch them grow, from their first wobbly steps to their first full sentences. You tie their shoes, wipe their tears, and cheer for them when they finally learn to write their name. You are their safe place.

Then, one day, they are ready to leave. They move on to the next grade or a new town. Your room feels a little quieter. You miss their silly jokes and warm hugs.

Being a caregiver is more than a job. It's loving a child like they are your own, and then finding the strength to let them go.

I am sorry to inform that as of 27th of February, new laws dictate that I cannot take photos and share of the children in my daycare.
This is very upsetting as for me, these are the most amazing chapters of their lives, so much cuteness, so much learning and it cannot be recorded, even of my own grandson.
Thankyou for all the likes and loves over the years and I hope you treasure the photos we have shared.
