This week, we had the pleasure of celebrating some very special milestones within our Sunrise family! 💛

🎉 Miss Bec, our Centre Manager – an incredible 5 years! 🥳

We are so incredibly grateful for the dedication, passion and care each of these Educators bring to our centre every day. Your commitment to our children, families and team does not go unnoticed. 💕

🐾 Learning Through Animals! 🐾

This week in our Toddler Room, we’ve been exploring animals while building our language and communication skills! 🐶🐱🐮

From reading animal books and making animal sounds to our fun “Feed the Moo Cow” activity, the children have loved learning new words, sharing with friends and joining in conversations. 📚🗣️

So many little voices, big smiles and lots of “Moooo!” this week! 🐄💛

👖💙 Jeans for Genes Day 💙👖

Together, we joined communities across Australia to support life-changing genetic research and raise awareness for children and families affected by genetic conditions.
We loved being part of such a meaningful cause and helping make a difference.

Our programs are driven by children’s interests and designed to further their development through meaningful, play-based learning. We encourage children to explore, create, make choices and express themselves every day.

Whether it’s messy play, art, music, cooking, water play, sensory experiences, outdoor adventures or imaginative play, there’s always something exciting happening! 🌿🎨💦🎶🍳

Proud to be taking part in Pyjama Day today! 💙🧸

Our children had a wonderful time wearing their favourite pyjamas and sharing a special Teddy Bears' Picnic with their cuddly friends. It was a day filled with fun, laughter, stories, and plenty of smiles, all while supporting a great cause.

Thank you to all of our wonderful families for joining in and helping make today so special. We loved seeing everyone's cosy outfits and adorable teddy bears! 🧸💛

We were so surprised and grateful to receive these beautiful flowers from one of our wonderful families this week. 💙

It’s gestures like these that remind us why we love what we do. Thank you for trusting us with your little ones and for making our team feel so appreciated.

This week our centre proudly celebrated NAIDOC Week and honoured 50 Years of Deadly!
The children engaged in meaningful learning experiences that celebrated Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures through stories, songs, dance, creative arts, and shared conversations. They explored culture, connection, and identity while enjoying delicious food prepared by our chef and proudly sharing their own cultures, families, and traditions with one another.
It was a beautiful celebration of respect, belonging, diversity, and the rich cultures that make our community strong.

Maggie Moo Music uses fun, interactive music and movement sessions to inspire creativity, confidence, and learning through play. With singing, dancing, and plenty of smiles, it's always a highlight for our little learners.
