CJ Joined us in 2016 and has been a joy to have as a part of our Con Academy family over the years. We cannot wait to see what he achieves as he begins this new chapter of his life.

We will miss him dearly in our week to week classes!

That’s a wrap on Conservatorium Academy for 2021! What a fantastic year we had. After a disrupted 2020 it was extra special to make it to our big performance day and present our show ‘Con Kids in Concert’ to two sold out crowds.

Thank you to the following people without them - Con Kids in Concert would not have been possible:

⭐Kim & Montana for their administration support
⭐Simon, Tony & James for their work on our lights and sound in the lead up and on the day
⭐Backstage helpers - Sophie our Stage Manager, Isabella, Hannah, Maddie, Philippa, Pagan & Joel. All CQCM students who volunteered their whole weekend to make our concert happen
⭐My personal thanks to Jason for his support on concert weekend the students all appreciate your efforts in cooking the sausage sizzle (and everything else you do!)

Our students all looked fantastic on stage! A big thank you to Reece from Keeara and Reece Photography for capturing our concert. I can’t wait to see the rest of our stage images - the ones I have seen so far, as always are amazing. Please ensure you have placed your orders and support our local photographers. We are so lucky to have Keeara and Reece capturing Mackay performances to such a high standard.

We will be taking a short break and will be in touch with enrollment information during term four! Keep your eyes peeled. Exciting things are happening for Con Academy in 2022 - an exciting year ahead.

On the last day of our Con Academy term we were lucky enough to watch the CQCM production of Women On The Verge Of A Nervous Breakdown.

One of the perks of being apart of the Con Family is seeing productions like this come to life.
