In the last year, we have been working on introducing 3d scanning and printing into our business.
After 12 months of setting up machines, purchasing a 3d scanner and getting well versed in this area, we can now say that we are positioned well to provide a service that can reproduce old parts or build parts right through from design to supply.

- Our scanning service can, for example provide an accurate scan file of fibreglass hull for aluminium hull extensions to be designed from. This eliminates any need for traditional templates. The speed and accuracy is second to none.
- Our design service can provide a print file for an upgrade you may want to undertake, be it a dash upgrade to flush mount an mfd or reproduction of a part that is no longer available.
- Our printing service can produce parts in a range of sizes with our largest machine looking to be completed with its build this year. The build area on that machine will expand us to 800mm x 800mm x 1000mm in a single print.
In summary, I am proud to say we can produce a product that is in every way superior and at a lower cost to the consumer.

The team has had a busy start to the year. The first job in was this Selene for another stage of work nearing her to the end of a 3 season plan to respray the vessel and upgrade her to a standard fitting to the client's needs.
