Members of the MyneSight team had the privilege of visiting site to work alongside the Processing Team at Ok Tedi Mine (OTML) in Papua New Guinea. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and the professionalism was clear, a true reflection of OTML’s positive culture and commitment to developing their people.

OTML continues to show forward thinking leadership by investing in training that not only upskills their workforce to Australian qualification and competency standards, but also builds a sustainable education platform for the future.

What stood out most was the genuine enthusiasm from OTML employees and contractors demonstrating a true passion for learning, growth and contributing to something bigger than themselves.
