New Year's resolutions have been a long-standing tradition we engage in. We curse out the year just had for the twists and turns it decided to throw at us when that wasn't what we had hoped for and we then seek to create goals that will lead to a new year of predicatablity.

The unique part of life though is that it is the unknown adventures that become some of our most rewarding, transforming and fulfilling moments. If only we knew beforehand how brave we truly are as we move through the world.

Let's define what Brave means to us so that we can move through 2025 with curiosity, self belief and confidence.
