Process:
The listed item is being made available for sale by Mackay Engineering College via tender process. Tenders must be submitted on the attached tender document.
Timeline:
Tenders will be accepted from 9th October until 23rd October closing at 3.00pm. No tender will be accepted after this time and date.
The person submitting the successful tender will be notified as early as possible after the Tender Closing time and asked to finalise payment and collection of their goods no later than 3.00pm the following Friday. Delivery/transport charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Condition and Inspection of Goods:
Goods are offered on an “as is” basis only.
Goods can be inspected between Monday and Friday (during the tender period) 7.30am – 3:30pm.

No warranty or back up service is available, either implied or stated.
Mackay Engineering College cannot and will not provide any support either by way of parts or expertise after items have been removed from the school.

The Department of Education reserves the right not to accept a tender and may set a reserve price.
