A little myth-busting for your lash knowledge bank. 🤎

1. Castor oil makes your lash lift last longer.

❌ Myth: Your lift fades as the natural lash cycle continues. Castor oil won’t stop that process.

2. Castor oil is essential after every lash lift.

❌ Myth: It’s not a must-have for every client. Aftercare should depend on the treatment and recommended products.

3. Castor oil can make lifted lashes fall straight

❌ Myth: It doesn’t simply “undo” the lift. Proper aftercare and avoiding unnecessary stress on the lashes are more important.

4. Castor oil can fix overprocessed lashes.

❌ Myth: It may help condition the hair, but it can’t reverse chemical damage.

5. Castor oil makes lashes grow faster after a lift.

❌ Myth: There’s currently no strong scientific evidence that it stimulates eyelash growth.

Understanding what a product can and can’t do is an important part of proper lash education. The molecules of castor oil are too big to even pe*****te the lashes, instead it will just sit on the lash hair creating a barrier. 🤎
