Callum came back to the gym tonight for a visit while his mum got a session in and he was able to catch up with some friends and try on his new Gloves on from New Age Combat

It will be at least 3 months before he can train again.

We spoke about situational awareness and how not to be so trusting to people. He is in good spirits.

When he is healed he will be doing some sessions with Jeff Horn and he is so excited 😆 🥊

💙 A Day of Movement, Recovery & Growth with Fluid Solutions

Madeline had a fantastic day with Bec, focusing on movement, self-care and building confidence.

After coffee and a catch-up, they headed to 2 Kings Martial Arts for stretching and exercise before enjoying a recovery session at MindBody Recovery Zone. Madeline absolutely smashed the cold plunge, progressing from 1 minute to an impressive 3 minutes! 🧊💪

They finished the day over lunch, chatting about Madeline’s upcoming nursing practical assessment and planning some role-play practice for a future shift. 🩺✨

🥋Thanks Coach Eric for taking the young ones to the NSKA State Titles yesterday.

So happy with the results and the Match plays that were given.

It says a lot for a team when the Head coach isn’t there that they can function effectively 💪

I have heard nothing but positive feedback from the parents, students and Eric on their behaviour, results, personal growth and performance.

What an Epic turn out at Joe’s Dinner this morning.

Callum and his Family or so overwhelmed with all the support from the community. They are grateful that everyone is uniting together and making a stand against this kind of behaviour.

The Go Fund me is an absolute blessing and they are so totally touched by it as it has taken a huge stress of the family for the next few months.

Callum still has a journey ahead both physically and mentally but everyone was able to lift his spirits and show that there are still good people in this world.

Callum has to be kept still no screen time, no exercise nothing. Even when he goes back to school he will need direct transportation and his parents will have to miss work to take him to appointments etc.

I dont normally post with swearing to our business page.

But this is so true. Callum is our student on and off since he was 4yrs old. His family have great morals and respect for the community.

Callum is not a tough kid who will seek out fights. He is small for his age. Had disabilities that means he can not register social cues of danger/ alarm bells/ most would have all ready be feeling.

He is a kind kid with a heart of gold. At no point did he argue with them, shape up or even understand what was happening.

We understand there will be school yard scuffles and to be honest if it may have been one on one with a punch, so be it.

But to cheap shot, then to head stomp him while he was already unconscious…. You deserve to have charges and every charge laid on you.

You’re not tough, you didn’t even know him and still have not provided a reason as to why you jumped him.
