🎉 Exciting News! 🎉

Earlier this term, our Stage 2 and 3 students attended an incursion by NSW Fisheries. As part of this fun and educational event, they participated in a colouring competition.

We are thrilled to announce that Spencer was one of only two lucky winners across the entire state! 🏆

Spencer won an amazing prize – a whole class set of fishing rods and tackle boxes! 🎣🎁

Congratulations, Spencer, and thank you NSW Fisheries for such a fantastic experience for our students!

🎉 Attendance Award Winners – Term 3, Week 9 🎉

Proudly sponsored by the Cooerwull P&C Association, students who achieve perfect attendance each week have their name placed into their class raffle. One lucky student is then drawn to receive a special treat from the canteen! 🍎🥪

Congratulations to these students for their fantastic commitment to attending school every day and being ready to learn. Your dedication sets a wonderful example for others in our school community. 👏

Well done to all of our winners!

Stage 3 Broken Bay Excursion

Day 2 - Group 1

A great day was had by all students. In the morning students tried out abseiling and in the afternoon had the chance to get wet by building a raft and seeing how well it floated, some rafts were more successful than others. Students finished their day activities with canoeing, some very tired students but all very happy.

Class of the Week - Term 3, Week 9 - K-1 Green

K -1 Green has been busy learning all about plants and practising information report writing skills. Miss Snow has been working with ES1 to support their writing, and Mrs Crowe has been helping consolidate the sounds they have been taught.

Every day, K - 1 Green enjoy Partner Fluency Reading to strengthen their reading skills. To keep their minds energised, they love taking brain breaks—especially playing Pizza outdoors!

They have also been collaborating to learn all about area using uniform informal units of measurement.
