Learning Kids Montessori Lithgow is a newly built Child Care Centre on 208 Mort Street in the Lithgow community catering for children aged 2 years to 6 years. Responsibilities include:

- Deliver and develop curriculum based on centre’s philosophy whilst following regulations and National Quality Standards.
- Observe, record, implement and reflect on children’s learning, behaviour and development using electronic programs and portfolios.
- Create positive, safe and clean learning environments.
Build effective reciprocal relationships with families, children and staff.
- Engage in professional development opportunities, and any administrative tasks as required.

ESSENTIAL Selection Criteria:

- An approved ACECQA early childhood teaching qualification, preferably a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) OR
- An approved ACECQA Diploma qualification
- Current First Aid Certificate with asthma and anaphylaxis training.
Working with Children Check.
- Child Protection training.
A good understanding of The Early Years Learning Framework.
DESIRABLE Selection Criteria

- Fantastic organisational and teamwork skills.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- A good level of computer literacy such as being able to use Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
