It’s time for me to begin to transition to retirement. 👏
I am looking forward to being a supportive grandma to our growing family.
Today we celebrated the end of me being the owner operator of Goonellabah Nestle In Childcare Centre.
It’s been a fabulous 14 years of supporting the growth of the service supporting the children and families of our local Community and furthermore I’m humble to say after reading all staff messages in my poster how I have supported so many educators to strive to be the best.
I want to say a heartfelt thanks to my daughter Brianna who took this Centre on as her own and created policies and procedures to support the community and made the connections with staff to ensure the success the Centre has achieved. Bri’s commitment to staff wellbeing was amazing 🥰
Being a leader of an early childcare service in today’s early childhood environment is challenging. There are many scenarios that are presented on a daily basis. I am so grateful over the past 14 years that I have had a qualified, experienced supportive staff cohort to ensure we were continuously doing our best for the children and families in our care.
I look forward to watching the career growth of the educators who have worked under my leadership.
