Our AFL NRCC Intermediate Girls had a glorious day at Byron on Monday. ⁠
The mud, the rain and the wind couldn't remove the smiles from their faces!! 🏉

🧮 On Wednesday 5 August, 34 students from Years 7–11 participated in the 2026 Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC).⁠
⁠
Students had 75 minutes to complete 30 challenging questions covering a wide variety of mathematical concepts. ⁠⁠
⁠
💡 The competition provided students with an opportunity to apply their mathematical knowledge in unfamiliar contexts, while challenging their problem-solving, logical reasoning and critical thinking skills.⁠

It was wonderful to see so many students willing to challenge themselves and have a go at some very demanding mathematics.⁠
⁠
Congratulations to all 34 students who participated — we look forward to celebrating their results when they are released! 📐

In the July school holidays year 11-12 students studying Modern History and Society & Culture travelled to Vietnam. 🇻🇳⁠
⁠
🏮🍜 They travelled to Hanoi, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City, and the Mekong Delta. They visited children in a disability centre, the Cu Tu people, the Cu Chi Tunnels, a community Farm, the War Remnants Museum, local markets, and raced around Saigon and Hoi An. 🪭🪷

Trinity represent! An awesome day at NSW cup on Thursday with at least 3 of our teams progressing through to the regional finals! 🏐

🏆️ All teams were undefeated however we had two draws.

Today we celebrated our Foundation Day Mass!

Not only are we celebrating 41 years of Trinity, but also:
✨️ 250 Years since Nano Nagle established the Presentation Sisters
⭐️ 140 Years since the Presentation Sisters arrived in Lismore, and the opening of St Mary's Lismore

We also announced our 2027 College and Ministry Captains - Micah, Gigi, Andreas and Georgia!

We look forward to everyone gathering at the Cathedral for our Foundation Day Mass in the morning. We wish Year 12 students well as they continue their Trial HSC exams at the College.
