This year we are running a new course in electronic music production using Ableton Live at our new Byron Bay Connected Learning Centre. This course will be run by the highly talented and experience electronic music composer Thomas Marland who has produced music for films, TV series and commercials as well as collaborating with some international music greats. If you want to learn more about creating electronic music or working with Ableton Live, this is the course for you.

We’re looking for a new team member who is passionate about effecting change in regional people’s lives and careers by assisting in delivering several industry development programs. Ideally, you will have some experience working in the film and TV industry (or a strong passion for working in the industry) and have a basic understanding of the Australian screen industry.

The Programs Assistant is an important role that works collaboratively within our team to assist in delivering specific short and long-term projects. In this role, you will assist the Industry Programs Manager and other team members by completing tasks and implementing project plans to ensure agreed program outcomes are achieved.

What’s your design style?

Many students study Design at TAFE NSW Lismore Campus starting in the Certificate 3 Design where they learn all the foundational skills needed to become a designer. Over a two-year period, they progress through to the Diploma of Graphic Design where they develop their technique and individual style in subjects including illustration, photography, layout, branding and packaging.
