Strength Based Approaches and Capacity Building A 3 hour workshop that will increase understanding and upskilling in the use of strength based approaches.

Hello!!! ThIS Training has been quietly plodding away for the last 3 months at developing some new training, which includes many hours of research, development, tweaking and overthinking. We will be releasing our two new trainings in the next couple of months.
1. Trauma through the lifecycle. Identifying and responding to trauma from infancy to aging. Ideal for organisations who work with various age groups (1 day)
2. *Name may Change* Developing Emerging Leaders in community service sectors. (2 day)
Stay tuned. We will need to road test these trainings and will be offering tickets for cost of catering (usually $25 a day) and will be seeking interested folks. Please let us know if you’d be interested!

It’s a wrap for 2025! Thank you to my team and to all of the amazing organisations who engaged ThIS Training this year, including , Uniting, Social Futures Brighter futures, DASA NT, Tiwi Island Board, momentum, Ngunya Jarjum Sunny Ability nsw, and over 200 people who attended the community based face to face and online trainings. It’s been an absolute privilege to be able to share knowledge on therapeutic responsive practice, FASD, vicarious trauma, and so much more, and to play a part in the amazing work you all do. Please be gentle with yourselves over this time, and we look forward to seeing you next year!
