Year 10 Camp 2026: An Adventure to Remember! ποΈ
Our Year 10 students had an action-packed time in Noosa, tackling high ropes courses with courage, catching waves during body boarding, and lighting up the walls with neon bouldering!
When rain put a dampener on our night laser tag plans, our students showed true camp spirit, diving headfirst into group challenge activities instead and proving that a bit of weather never stands in the way of a great time. We had an awesome day at Australia Zoo on the way home, getting up close with some amazing wildlife.
From the Leap of Faith to the dance-off challenge, our Year 10s embraced every moment, demonstrating resilience, teamwork, and plenty of laughter along the way. Well done to all our students for making the most of every opportunity β rain or shine! π¦οΈβοΈ

Japanese Beginners π―π΅ππ
Recently, our Japanese Beginners students spent the day with a group of Japanese exchange students from Lismoreβs sister city, Yamato Takada. The visiting students experienced a typical day at an Australian high school, while our students used some of the Japanese they have been learning in class. Throughout the day, students participated in a range of activities, including a Japanese lesson, cooking, Agriculture, PDHPE (cricket) and Art. The Japanese exchange students also gave a presentation about their hometown and hobbies, providing our students with a wonderful opportunity to learn more about life in Japan and connect with students their own age.

A huge congratulations to the girls and boys who participated throughout the day. It was great to see so many students getting involved, representing RRHC with pride and displaying excellent teamwork, sportsmanship and effort on the court.

Setting a high standard for yourself isn't about looking down on other people.
It's about being clear with yourself and everyone else about;
βοΈ how you deserve to be treated,
βοΈ how you'll treat others,
βοΈ how you'll respond when someone else is not being treated well.
