Today we overcame our first major hurdle - we have received consent from the Council - the red rubber stamp of approval!

Now we go to phase two - engineering plans, certifier to ensure compliance, construction plans, project management plan, Council contributions, another soil assessment... Things are moving forward!

We are just waiting on our development approval - which required the submission of a few more reports to Lismore Council. Hopefully, the reports will be submitted this week so we can push on to deliver a truly magical experience.
