For this week’s YES program we headed to the Casino campus to share our knowledge and skills of fashion with local high school students.

Learning the foundations of textiles and weaving students created take home samples using yarns, fibres and repurposed fabric offcuts.

Last week we welcomed a new cohort of Local High School Students to our Wollongbar Campus for the YES Program.

Our students learned the valuable skill of sewing on industrial sewing machines to create their very own take home project.

Study in Lismore, in the creative heart of the Northern Rivers. 🖌

Work in an intensive studio environment to create and exhibit pieces that showcase your cultural identity across drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking and digital art. You'll build practical skills while applying your knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, history and the Cultural Arts industry to your own work.

Graduates go on to roles like exhibiting artist, community arts centre assistant, curator assistant, and Cultural officer with strong pathways to further study.
