SPARK – Supporting Potential Among Remarkable Kids

At Holy Family Lindfield, SPARK provides our students with opportunities to extend their creativity, curiosity and connections with others.

Through SPARK, our students collaborate with peers from Catholic schools of Broken Bay, exploring a wide range of exciting topics including virtual reality, forensic science, sacred geometry and art from around the world.

Working together in teams, students are encouraged to think critically, solve problems creatively and refine their ideas through constructive feedback. They also develop the confidence to share their thinking and ask questions in a supportive learning environment.

SPARK inspires our students to embrace new challenges, discover their strengths and develop the skills they need to thrive as confident, collaborative learners.

Public Speaking - Every voice matters at Holy Family. 💙

The Holy Family Public Speaking Competition is underway, with students from Kindergarten to Year 6 enthusiastically preparing and practising their speeches. Through this experience, our students are building confidence, strengthening communication skills, developing critical thinking, and learning how to engage an audience effectively.

Our teachers have been incredibly impressed by the creativity, effort, and enthusiasm students have shown as they prepare to share their ideas. We look forward to celebrating our School Public Speaking Finals and recognising the courage and achievements of our finalists. We are so proud of every student who has stepped up, embraced the challenge, and found their voice.

As a Catholic school, we are called to follow Jesus by loving and serving those most in need. Our Winter Family Sleepout is an opportunity for families to come together in faith, reflect on the challenges of homelessness, and help our children grow in compassion, empathy and hope.
